Well described exercises!

Very well written book! Interesting to read. All exercises are well described and i am starting to include them in my fitness routine.

Useless

I suspect this book is only valuable to people that already have experience with Cantienica. I did not have any experience because no classes are offered in my area. I found the instructions complicated and confusing. I could never tell if I was doing it right or not. And whenever I felt like I was not able to do what was asked I had not way to fix that. The instructions are very bizarre, very different from what you normally find. I had an open mind but I often got confused. Also, all poses or exercises include so many little steps that it is difficult to follow. Maybe an audio version would be better. Something to tell you what to do while you try to do it. With the book I always had to go back, pick up the book and try again.
Also, I didn't care for the style of the book. During the first 40% of the book the author writes about all the benefits of her method and then she lists several few examples of people who write about how awesome the method is - I didn't care for that in so much detail. I had already purchased the book, there was no need to convince me, I was ready to use the method. I would really have preferred more information on how to use the technique or what to do if you feel like you are not doing it right.
Next issue: there are a few pictures but not many and the pictures that are included are not always placed with the description of that exercise. Sometimes the pictures for one exercise are placed with a different exercise which only adds to the confusion. Otherwise the pictures were helpful even though most exercises consist of micro-movements which are not shown on the pictures.
Overall I found the book to be entirely useless for me. That is a shame because now I will never find out if the method is as good as it is advertised.

Actually 5 Stars are not enough to rate this book. The exercises are truly life changing! I'm recommending it to everyone I know.
