About the Author In 1901/02 Baron Eugene Fersen came to the United States with his Mother the Grand Duchess of Russia; in 1904 he began teaching his knowledge to humanity, the Science of Being. The Baron was intimately associated with the world's most eminent teachers, scientists and philosophers; some of those who were among his personal teachers are known to us today as the Great Magi. In the late 1800's through the mid 1900's Eugene taught or influenced some of the greatest teachers of our time: Charles Haanel, Dr. Hotema, Elizabeth Towne, Wallace D. Wattles, Edgar Cayce, Annie Besant, Huna Max Freedom Long, Charles Fillmore, Samuel Clemens, Nikola Tesla, Manly P. Hall, Jon Peniel and even Rudolph Steiner himself was touched by Eugene's teachings and had him as a guest speaker/teacher in the Steiner Schools whenever possible. By the time of his parting to the Great Beyond in 1956, the Baron Eugene Fersen has personally instructed over 20,000 students and over more than 100,000 people worldwide had read or been exposed to the the teachings of The Science of Being. These teachings still touch the lives of Mankind today and are regarded as some of the most inspiring literary works in regards to the education of Scientific Spiritual and human enlightenment. Baron Eugene Fersen, "The Teacher of the Teachers," gave to the world his truth, his knowledge, and his "seat-of-power and privilege" knowing that all of Humankind regardless of class, creed, race, gender or difference in any way should have access to this great wisdom that was once only privy to the rich and powerful. One of the Best, Most Useful Books Ever Read

The book Science of Being (containing seven lessons) is one of the most important, useful, and meaningful books ever read and used by me. In my workshops, lectures, and in private conversations, this book has been recommended wholeheartedly for over forty years as one of the best ways to enhance and improve one's life and well-being, while adding meaning and purpose to one's existence. Out of hundreds of books read, this truly is a star, and its companion volume, The Fundamental Principles of the Science of Being (27 lessons, all different from those in the previous book) is just as worthwhile.
Not only is the information presented therein quite interesting, but also the techniques given in it make the book immensely valuable and useful. The amazing thing is that the techniques work from the first time that someone uses them. Contacting and feeling the Universal Life Energy is quite an experience in itself. Once one contacts this energy, and successfully uses it to enhance one's life and affairs, the the book becomes an integral part of one's life, and even more fully appreciated.
Hats off to the brilliant, dedicated staff of Lightbearers Publishing for their hard work and dedication in producing this fine reprint, the third edition of this remarkable book. The larger print makes it easier to read and highlight, underline, and circle important parts. The added information she has included, without altering the contents of the original manuscript, adds a new dimension to understanding the man behind the work. The cover picture seem to drawn one into it, and the history behind it makes it more meaningful. I have had the priviledge of owning a full sized print of this for decades, and people who have held it have been touched by the feel it emits.
In short; buy this book; use it; you should be quite pleased.

This In An Exceptional Book!

The "Science of Being" book has made an impact in my life. Not only is its message felt at the soul level, but also the practical exercises given in the book are very helpful in one's every day life. The Star Exercise is a particularly powerful one. May this book light your spiritual path.

Baron Eugene Ferson, who penned The Science of Being in 1922, explains with unequaled clarity and depth, the many laws of the Universe and how we can understand/realize and recognize them and make them work in our favor. I can't recommend this book highly enough.
